Where we deliver in Northern Virginia
Delivery is included within 20 miles of Chevy Chase, DC, which covers the Arlington–Alexandria–Fairfax corridor and reaches the eastern edge of Loudoun. From 20 to 80 miles — which covers the rest of Loudoun and Prince William — delivery is +$100. Past 80 miles, toward the Shenandoah edge, we quote individually.
Arlington and Alexandria
Arlington neighborhoods (Rosslyn, Clarendon, Ballston, Shirlington), Del Ray, Old Town Alexandria, Eisenhower — dense urban areas where noise and fume complaints are real and battery power is the only reasonable answer for a backyard party or a rooftop event.
Fairfax County
Vienna, Reston, Herndon, McLean, Great Falls, Falls Church, Fairfax City, and out to Chantilly. This corridor has a lot of upscale backyard weddings and corporate outdoor events at private homes and estates where the only power source is a distant garage outlet.
Loudoun County — the wine and wedding corridor
Leesburg, Middleburg, Purcellville, Waterford, Lucketts — Loudoun's wine country is one of the busiest wedding regions in the country and one where beautiful vineyard, farm, and estate venues almost never have adequate outdoor power. Battery rental is the default here for a reason: quiet ceremonies, no fuel storage on the property, no exhaust drifting through the reception.
Prince William and beyond
Manassas, Occoquan, Woodbridge, Gainesville. Most of Prince William falls in the 20-to-80-mile zone, so delivery is a flat +$100.
What Northern Virginia events tend to need
Typical event loads we see in the region:
- Outdoor weddings — DJ or live band, uplighting, string lights, caterer's warming equipment, bar. Usually a power source rated for 3,000–7,000W.
- Backyard parties — bounce house, DJ or speakers, string lights, coffee for the parents. Typically 1,500–3,000W of rated load.
- Corporate outdoor activations — AV, catering, brand vendors. Varies widely; we size after the load list.
- Vineyard events — often no infrastructure at all; battery is one of the only permit-friendly options.
- Historic-property events — where you can't add electrical or store fuel on site.

Every rental in Northern Virginia comes with delivery, setup, a pro-grade power distribution box (multiple independent 20-amp outlets, 120V and 240V), all cords, and same-day pickup. From $180/day. No payment upfront, no deposit until we've talked and you've approved the setup.
Common questions from Northern Virginia clients
Do you deliver out to Middleburg and Purcellville?
Yes — Loudoun County is one of our most-served areas, since so many of the region's best wedding venues are out there with almost no infrastructure. Middleburg and Purcellville are beyond the included 20-mile radius, so delivery is a flat +$100.
Our vineyard says no gas generators. Is battery OK?
Almost always yes. No fuel storage, no exhaust, no fire-safety concern, no noise ordinance issue. Send us the venue's specific conditions and we'll confirm against them before you book.
We're in Arlington and the neighbors are close. Will they hear it?
No. Manufacturer-rated under 30 dB is quieter than a normal conversation. Neighbor complaints are one of the reasons we get a lot of Arlington backyard calls.
Can you handle a wedding at a private estate with no outdoor outlets at all?
Yes — that's the standard case. The unit arrives fully charged and completely self-contained. Nothing to plug into.
How much lead time do you need for Northern Virginia delivery?
As much as you can give us, especially May–October when Loudoun weddings fill up. Short-notice inquiries are still worth sending.
