We arrive a few hours before your ceremony with the unit fully charged. We position it where you want it — usually tucked behind a tent panel, against a fence, or inside a garage out of sight. We deploy the weatherproof ground power center and walk your DJ, caterer, and photographer through where to plug in.
From there, the unit runs silently for the duration. There is nothing to refuel, nothing to monitor. After your event ends, we come back and pick it up. You hand it back. We leave.

Larger weddings or full bands use the 2-unit Premium package.
Completely. There is no engine. It produces zero combustion noise and zero exhaust. You can stand next to it during the vows and hear nothing. That is the entire reason couples rent from us instead of a gas generator.
The DELTA Pro Ultra is IP65-rated for the body, and we set it up under an existing tent, awning, or with a small protective cover we provide. The weatherproof ground power center distributes power to your vendors. Light rain is no issue.
Friday and Saturday wedding dates book up fastest, especially May through October. We recommend reserving at least 4-6 weeks ahead for peak season. Last-minute inquiries are still worth sending — we may have availability.
A single unit handles a typical wedding's cold-side catering load comfortably (warming trays, fridges, espresso bar). Heavy heating equipment like commercial chafing setups for 150+ guests pushes us toward the Premium 2-unit package. Yes. The DELTA Pro Ultra is about the size of a small mini fridge. We typically place it behind a tent panel, against a fence, inside a garage, or in any out-of-the-way corner. Photographers love that it doesn't show up in any frame.
You don't pay a deposit until after we've talked and you've approved the setup. If your wedding gets rescheduled, we'll work with you to move the booking. Full policy is on the booking page.
